Vitamin C

Vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins for the body. It prevents many diseases and increases the body’s immune system. Besides being found in supplement and vitamin form, you can find vitamin C in broccoli, peppers, oranges, lemon juice, mustard, cauliflower, papaya, and parsley.
Although it should not take large amounts of vitamin C should not have a deficiency of either vitamin. The most common signs of a lack of vitamin C include swollen gums, an unexplained weakness, and nosebleeds.
Tendons and ligaments throughout the body needs vitamin C to stay healthy and strong. Together, the combination of the two would work together to improve their overall impact on the body and health.

You can find vitamin C in many fruits and vegetables, although oranges will give you more amounts. Even if you drink one glass of orange juice in the morning with breakfast then eat a few oranges during the day, you have more enough vitamin C.
If you want to get more vitamin C in the diet, you can use vitamin supplements. When looking for additions to the store to read labels and see how much vitamin C is responsible and how it works. You should avoid time released vitamin C additives because they have not shown that they are now.
